The 2026 Coastal Equip is almost here!  We are ready for an amazing time of ministry.

Some important details:  

• ⛪️ Venue: We are meeting at Harvest Church in North-Nanaimo (6553 Portsmouth Rd).
• Limited Parking: We have almost 380 people registered, so parking will be limited. To make space for families with young children and seniors, if you are able to, please park at Costco, or across Dickson road by the Tim Horton’s, or at Woodgrove Mall. All alternative options are very short walks.
• ️ Registration: The venue opens at 5:30 on Thursday evening and 8:30 on Friday & Saturday morning.
• ️ Lunch: On Friday, we will be serving lunch in the gym, just off the auditorium.  More details will be provided.  Please note, there is no lunch served on Saturday.
• Merch: We have amazing Equip sweaters and hoodies available to purchase.

"I Wonder" Kids Equip Details:

• Check-in at the Kids Check-In Desk from 6:30 PM for evening sessions, and 08:30 for morning sessions.
• Please drop your kids off at their respective venues at 6:45PM for evening sessions and 08:45AM for morning sessions.
• Please ensure that your kids are collected promptly at 12:30PM for morning sessions, and 9:00PM for evening sessions.
• Please send your child with a water bottle.
• Your child will receive an Equip bag on check-in. Please would you ensure that your child brings their name tag, journal and pen to each session.
• Please be aware, that should your child require assistance with using the washroom, you will be contacted via text msg, and asked to assist your child.

It’s never been easier to access information about God. Yet, with this abundance, we still find ourselves longing for revival, for transformation, for a genuine move of God in our land.

In Acts we see a church that was desperate for God to move throughout their region. And, in that desperation they turned to God with worship, with fasting, and with prayer - and it was in those spaces that the Holy Spirit spoke with power, and nations were changed forever.

Like the early church, we don’t need to be consumers of endless information, but contenders together towards God, preparing our hearts for Him to move and speak amongst us. Desiring His voice which sets us apart. 

Sent out by the Holy Spirit: Acts 13:2–3 – While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, “Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.” Then after fasting and praying they laid their hands on them and sent them off.

That’s the invitation before us: will we be a region that gathers to seek the Lord together? To pray, to fast, to worship, and to posture our hearts before Him once again. That He would fill with His Spirit as He commissions us afresh. 

We believe that as we fix our eyes on King Jesus and lift our hands in surrender, He will speak, commission, and empower His people for the work ahead that only He can call us to.

This is more than a conference.

It’s a call to be set apart, equipped, and made ready for the movement of God in our generation.

Join us. Contend with us. Let’s seek the Lord together.
