ONE80 Kids - New Family
This form is for families who want to register in advance for our ONE80 Kids Program. Submitting families your information here will allow you to quickly check your kids in once you arrive for the first time. This form only needs to be filled out once.
1 - Start by filling out the primary adult
2 - Add all other members of your family where it says "household members"
2.1 - Leave "Grade" blank for children under 3 years old
2.2 - Select "Pre-K" for children over 3 who have not entered Kindergarten yet
